Covid 19 Guidance

Your safety is the most important thing to us. In light of the Covid 19 pandemic we will be making some changes at Example Dance Academy in accordance with guidance issued by the British Dance Council, UKA and IDTA to ensure that we can get you back on the dancefloor in the safest way possible.

We are very pleased that under current government guidelines we are able to run our group classes for both adults and children alongside our private lesson bookings. As ever, we will continue to monitor the ongoing rules regarding Covid and appreciate your understanding if group classes become affected.

We would like to assure you all that we are committed to doing everything necessary to keep Example Dance Academy a safe place to dance. Both Emma Gill (Academy Principal) and Charlotte Butter (Studio Assistant) have completed a Covid 19 training course and will both be working in masks and visors at all times in the studio. Masks are not compulsory however you are very welcome to wear a mask during a class should you prefer. Sanitisation of the studio will take place between every lesson and a one way system will be in effect to reduce congestion.

For those dancers who will be attending the studio for classes or private lessons we do have some new safety guidelines in place. Click on the image below to read these guidelines prior to your lesson.

Finally before you get back on the dance floor why not take a look in our shop at our new Example Dance Academy face masks available in both adults and children's sizes. Even though masks are not compulsory for lessons, these are the perfect way for our dancers to 'Lead by Example' and most importantly stay safe both in and out of the studio!
